Department of Justice. Not department of convenience. This crap cannot be allowed to stand. If it is then we cannot make demand of any other regime we must say well sorry china,korea et al you get a pass. Because we are in fact no better. We tried a long time ago but decided it was too much trouble.
Furthermore people should not live in fear of their case coming before the torture judge.
