He had a away of explaining it so that you don't have to be an expert. Well I guess the only think he looks to be an expert in is manipulation and being wrong. Perhaps he wasn't worried about those stocks because he had successfully manipulate so many in the past and it didn't occur to him that wouldn't work this time.
